Diamond Drilling at an angle
The picture to the left is a diamond drilled hole in engineering brick, this was requested by our client Shropshire Homes, they required us to diamond drill at a very specific angle, and at quite a depth of 1 meters deep.
Our diamond drilling team completed this exactly how the client required and they were extremely happy with our work.
We always listen to our client and provide them with their exact work requirements.

Diamond Stitch Drilling
In the stitch drilled picture to the left one of our Diamond Drilling operatives used a Rig and Motor to complete a technique called stitch drilling, this involvesover lapping a series of 102 mm or 127 mm diameter holes to produce a stitch drilled effect.
This technique allows the client the opportunity to have any sized hole/opening /shape they wish.
This Opening was required to be broken out and deposited of in to the clients skip.
We always leave our drilling area clean, tidy and safe.
OUR RECENT PROJECTS:
OFFICE: 01827 370 176
Our client required us to diamond drill inside a fully furnished building with office equipment.
We ensured our client that protection will be used around the drilling area and minimal water will be used.
Our Client required us to core drill 1.2 meters deep in concrete with a middle cavity.
Our experienced driller managed this with ease.
There is really no limit on to how deep we can drill.
What is Diamond Drilling and Concrete Sawing?
Precision Diamond Drilling is creating a clean cut hole from 10mm-700mm diameter and completed to any depth required.
Diamond Drilling is used in all Building concepts.
The advantages of diamond drilling are:
Wall and floor sawing is the use of a diamond circular saw blade to mount on to steep vertical wall or horizontal flat surfaces to form precise cuts and dimensions.
This concept is regularly used for door and window openings in reinforced concrete walls or floor.
The advantage of wall and floor cutting is:
Wall and floor Chasing is completed by cutting two parallel lines up to the depth of 40mm to accommodate conduit piping in various materials for example:
Chasing is used in all building concepts , mainly to conceal pipework or electric cables.
Chasing is relatively dust free, vibration free and cost effective.
Our team of diamond drilling operatives were required to complete over 6,000 52mm core holes in a factory floor in Birmingham.
Our client required us to diamond drill over lead bolts that were left in the floor from previous metal structures in the factory floor.
Our experienced diamond drillers were able to complete this with ease.
Our clients aim was to be left with a safe flat surface for the factory floor after refilling our holes over once the lead bolts were removed.
Our client needed this project completing within a required timescale .
Our hard work and dedication to this project made us complete this for our client in their tight timescale.
We received a fantastic review from a satisfied customer and have continued to work for this client on there new projects.
This picture to the left shows a diamond drilled pattern of holes our operatives completed for our client.
A template was provided for all bathrooms on the project and we completed them to the exact requirements.
The new plastered walls were kept perfect after completion of the core drilling.
